chubby-ng maliit na singkit - someone's description to this young lady. Here's my own description though: snobbish looking but a lady with a big heart encapsulated in a small body...hihihi.. Someone who is always ready to give comfort and love to those she valued the most. A person full of positive energy in her nerves that continues to follow to the people around her, you might see her in an anguish moment but in little time you'll see her laughing as if there's no tomorrow.. A she always say "smile like there's no tomorrow". She's Aimee, my teammate and seatmate but most especially my good friend. Soon, you'll be million miles away, the friendship will forever be cherished and I'll be looking forward in see you again - pagcitizen ka na dun bisitahin mo na kami..I know that you'll always be there - a ym away - but your presence is something I will surely miss..*a big smile and hug for you, good-luck on your journey..*

It's been a month of not writing anything here, there a lot of this happened I just didn't get the chance to write then down...

♥ Summer began and ended but wasn't able to write anything about how I had a boring summer..Not much of a beach getaways..Anyways, "Goodbye Hotness and Welcome Wetness" since rainy days are back...

♥ I've been missing the game "Dungeons and Dragons" for a while... Thank God, we got the chance of playing the game again mid May...The adventure ended well, but can't remember the kind nor name of monster we defeated, what's important is that we got our game bonding session with my brothers. We also watched the show in Pagcor called Wanders, this is an awesome show - very captivating.

♥ Had much of an old friends get together the past months but still missing most of them...I wish we can see each other more often... Seeing them again brings much happiness...

♥ A lot of girl bonding slash talks with my ate/s - both my sister by blood and my sisters by heart - in the past weeks..very fun, very relaxing and most specially a lot of life lessons shared, got a lot of things to learn from them.. and ate Irene and I together with some of our friends from LOM got the chance to attended the Chrism Mass last Holy Week.

♥ Most specially, something happened that could surely change me for the rest of my life...I didn't expect it nor thought of it even once but maybe it was His will and not mine...I know I have to learn a lot of thing in fulfilling this but I am very much sure He'd be with my all the way...I'm looking forward for the little to bigger steps I have to take..

Good Customer Service

on 1 comments Read Full Article

"Good customer service is all about bringing customers back. And about sending them away happy – happy enough to pass positive feedback about your business along to others, who may then try the product or service you offer for themselves and in their turn become repeat customers. - Susan Ward"

It's always a good experience when a business offers a good service to their customer. Those who have encountered it will never fail to share it to the people around them. This is probably the reason why people love Krispy Kreme not yet considering very delicious doughnut of course.

Recently, a friend of mine celebrated his birthday, me and my other friends decide to surprise him with his favorite Chocolate Iced Raspberry Filled Doughnut from Krispy Kreme instead of the common cake with a candle. Since one of us said that the doughnut can be personalize just like putting a message in a cake, so we did try it out. It was just a common service that any pastries store can offer but maybe I wasn't expecting much that when I saw them designing the doughnut with a smile and putting all their effort on it, that simply show what kind of service they are willing to give their customer. The one who was designing the doughnut even apologize by saying "pacencya na mam wala na po akong maisip na design" without him knowing me nd my friend is actually happy with design he made, so I just smiled and said "no that was great job". And they even offer for a balloon and a party hat since they knew the doughnut is for a birthday party.

A week after we had a despidida for one of my ate from LOM and guess what did try again Krispy Kreme's service this time we transact with Krispy Krime @ Boni High Street, and just like in the first encounter with the krispy kreme @ Megamall, another good service was offered.

Inspiring Words...

on 0 comments Read Full Article

This man inspired a lot of people and I should say I'm one of those he had and continue to inspire, not just by his music but also the words of wisdom he never failed to share in every chance he can share it. Maybe he made it his life mission to inspire others in any way he can and his been doing it so well. In one of his concert he had said these words that truly gave an impact maybe not just to me but to others as well, let me share them with you:

"Its not reaching the mountain top that makes a success. Its the climbing, its the falling, its the slipping and trying again. The valleys are needed to appreciate the greater heights..."

I wasn’t able to be part of the concert, I accidentally heard a medley of his songs from the concert that includes this message and heard it just in time when I needed words like those. Thank You and May you continue to inspire Mr. Pure Energy, Gary V!

Raysan

What does RAYSAN means:
got this from blog things

You are wild, crazy, and a huge rebel. You're always up to something.
You have a ton of energy, and most people can't handle you. You're very intense.
You definitely are a handful, and you're likely to get in trouble. But your kind of trouble is a lot of fun.

You are usually the best at everything ... you strive for perfection.
You are confident, authoritative, and aggressive.
You have the classic “Type A” personality.

You are a free spirit, and you resent anyone who tries to fence you in.
You are unpredictable, adventurous, and always a little surprising.
You may miss out by not settling down, but you're too busy having fun to care.

You are the total package - suave, sexy, smart, and strong.
You have the whole world under your spell, and you can influence almost everyone you know.
You don't always resist your urges to crush the weak. Just remember, they don't have as much going for them as you do.

You are very intuitive and wise. You understand the world better than most people.
You also have a very active imagination. You often get carried away with your thoughts.
You are prone to a little paranoia and jealousy. You sometimes go overboard in interpreting signals.

-- oh well, mostly are true...hehehehe

Closing Post

No, it's not what you think. This is not my last post on this blog, this is actually my closing post for the month - just for the month. hehehehe..:)

I don't know but I think this has been one of the busiest month for me this year. Probably because of my brother's wedding that we organized and in the last weeks before the wedding day made us so busy finalizing stuffs. After which had the chance to go out with my uncle from Bicol that officiated my brother's wedding, we often see him since he is assigned at Bicol for his Pastoral Service.

Another busy day of September is the one Sunday trip with my family, it was Metro Manila round trip meaning in a day we traveled 4 places - one after the other. We started our day around 9:30am, left the house going to MalacaƱang to attend Sunday mass. Drove to Max's in Quezon Ave to attend Jem's christening (daughter of ate's bestfriend), then visited tita Ed at her ravishing home sweet home at Cubao. Lastly, attended Ralph's (my cousin's son) 1st Brithday at Sta. Mesa and fetch my grandmother for there as well. Then travel back home and ended our day around 5:30 pm.

These had been an awesome month for me, maybe I simply missed going out with my family on Sundays. For some reason that I and my family understand, I am not able to be with them on Sunday's affairs. And I am truly happy that I was able to do it even for just two consecutive Sundays, maybe I just missed it so badly.

Here's some glimpse on the events that made my September an awesome month...

Who Am I

on 0 comments Read Full Article

It's almost a month since I last updated my blog, nothing so important just me wanted to share one beautiful song...I was watching a prime time show for amateur singers last night and heard one of them sang a song entitled "Who Am I". From the title itself I knew it was an inspirational song, so I listen while he was singing a part of the song. I was correct that it is indeed an inspirational song, right after hearing him singing the song I found myself in front of my desktop computer start searching for the song. I just love it!

Let me share to you the song & it's lyrics...ciao!

It just came across my mind after celebrating L.A's birthday last Sunday. Seeing old friends again is just something that will surely make you reminisce the old days together. I just miss being with these people in the production floor - the call flow that is really hard to perfect, the ping for those who had an over lunch, awol, late and a lot more rules that had been violated, unstoppable queuing every night but most especially the people you work with that you started to consider as your friends.

Birthday Girl with the tres marias & 'd lovers...

ooppss - Happy Birthday L.A ( muntik ko na makalimutan..)

Buhay Langgam

Isang umaga ng maraming langgam...

Matapos ang mapaghimagsik na ulan
Mga langgam ay naglabasan
Kami’y nagulat
Nang sa aming mesa’y sila’y nagkalat

Agad kaming nabahala
Ayaw namin itong lumalala
Kagyat kami’y naglinis
Upang sila’y tumalilis

Aking nabatid
Mga nakaraang ulan ang nagbatid
Ngunit ako’y nagitla
Namangha at natulala
Nang siya’y humirit
Si langgam ay pinipilit
Na humanap ng pagkain
Sa panahong basa at ambunin

Ako tuloy ay nagtanong

Siya kaya’y langgam noon
O sadyang fan lang
Ni Lola Basyang.
sa panulat ng isang butihing kaibigan.

Here's a ym conversation my friend and I had one sleepy afternoon about the 1st PDA Dreamer - Yeng Constantino - his obsession (look at his avatar and stat). What do you think this guy is - a fanatic, admirer or a lover? hehehe...

I'll keep his name confidential, our friends might be surprise with this revelation just like me - it's pretty obvious I'm laughing in the entire conversation...hahaha
